Joining many others, actors Rishi Kapoor and Anupam Kher have both backed protesting students at the Film and Television Institute of India who are opposed to BJP leader Gajendra Chauhan's appointment as chairman. Mr Chauhan hit back asking, "Who are Anupam Kher and Rishi Kapoor to criticize me?" Renowned film director Saeed Mirza, actor Mukesh Khanna, Yogendra Yadav, Suhel Seth and BJP's Shaina NC join the debate over the controversial appointment.
