Dibakar Banerjee said that he tried to draw the country's attention by returning his National Award. "I returned my National Award to draw the country's attention that includes the citizens and the government. Institutes like FTII need to be kept away from politically motivated placements in their governing bodies," Dibakar told NDTV.
