Despite the Shiv Sena's threats, the book launch of former Pakistan foreign minister Khurshid Kasuri takes place under heavy security in Mumbai. The event was held after its organiser Sudheendra Kulkarni was attacked by the Sena this morning, his face blackened with paint. Mr Kasuri and Sudheendra Kulkarni speak to us on defying the threats.
