"Siddique Kappan has not been acquitted till date. He has not been arrested for covering a rape case. The case against him is under PMLA. He has been accused of collecting 1.36 crores, trying to create riots in the Babri demolition case and another charge is that he was in contact with certain people of PFI," said Ranbir Singh Pathania, advocate and BJP spokesperson on charges against Siddique Kappan.
