India's Balancing Act: Quad Vs SCO

At a crucial meeting of the foreign ministers Shanghai Cooperation Organisation's (SCO) member states, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar spoke, among other things, on the overall situation in Ladakh with his Chinese counterpart.
