India G20 Meeting | PM Modi Unveils India's Three Big Global Initiatives At G20 Africa Summit

G20 Summit 2025 | Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced three major global initiatives at the G20 Summit hosted in Africa for the first time. The proposals include a Global Traditional Knowledge Repository, the G20–Africa Skills Multiplier Initiative, and a new framework to counter the drug–terror nexus. PM Modi also supported the creation of a G20 Global Healthcare Response Team to tackle health emergencies and natural disasters. Earlier in the day, the Prime Minister held a bilateral meeting with Australian PM Anthony Albanese, who offered condolences over the Red Fort terror attack and the Saudi Arabia bus crash involving Indian pilgrims.
