Senior Supreme Court advocate and Rajya Sabha MP from the BJP, Mr Mahesh Jethmalani questioned Senior Supreme Court advocate Kapil Sibal's "selective outrage on the murders of a mafioso chief." "Why is he not raising his voice against more deserving people who have been the victims of custodial deaths, and that too if we were to term this a custodial death which it is not?" he asked.
