A 16-year-old Delhi girl was stabbed 22 times in full public view and then had her head pulped by a stone slab allegedly by her boyfriend. The teen was killed on a bustling street crowded with people, yet no one came to her rescue. "We are a detached Society," said criminal psychologist Rajiv Mitra.
