"Both sides are talking peace but doing war. In this fog of war, each side is taking advantage of the other. At the moment, things are not looking too good. I hope people can step back and get back to negotiating table," said Vishnu Prakash, former diplomat, when asked what he feels about Russia's call to India on Wednesday.
