Nepal Deputy PM Residence Torched In Kathmandu; Vehicles And Home Gutted
As violent protests continue to rock Nepal, NDTV has reached the residence of Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh, a senior Nepali Congress leader, located in the popular Tamil area of Kathmandu. The scene is one of utter devastation, with at least 4 to 5 vehicles completely charred and parts of the house still smoldering. The entire residence appears to have been gutted by fire, reflecting the intensity of the public anger that has now reached the doorsteps of top political leaders.
