NEET Protest Explodes As Rahul Gandhi Challenges The Centre

The political battle over the NEET paper leak has intensified after Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi was detained during a protest outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence. Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and several opposition leaders, including Akhilesh Yadav, were later released but vowed to continue the agitation, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. While the Opposition accused the Centre of failing students, the BJP hit back, alleging the Congress was politicising the issue and changing its demands despite a parliamentary discussion being offered.
