Yoga has taken the world by storm in last some years. And it has also gained massive acceptance in Saudi Arabia, thanks to the efforts of Nouf Marwaai, who calls herself Saudi's first yoga Acharya. She learnt yoga over several years in India and Nouf's efforts led to the legalisation of yoga in Saudi Arabia in 2017. NDTV's Mohd Asim caught up with NOUF Marwaai in Riyadh to talk about yoga, her stay in India. To those who oppose yoga on the basis of religion and call it unIslamic, Marwaai has a simple answer: Saudi's know what is unIslamic and Yoga is not.
