Mumbai continued to receive heavy rains for the fourth consecutive day on Tuesday, leading to waterlogging and heavy traffic jams in many parts of the city. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has declared a holiday for all schools and colleges in Mumbai.
