Pune Building Collapse: Rescue On As 8 Feared Trapped
Rescue operations are continuing in Pune's Pimpri-Chinchwad area after a building collapsed, with eight people feared trapped under the debris. Teams from the NDRF, SDRF, Maharashtra Police, and Pune Municipal Corporation are using heavy machinery, seismic sensors, and specialised cameras to locate survivors. Preliminary reports suggest that a massive garbage dump behind the building may have given way due to continuous heavy rainfall, triggering the collapse.
