Most Landline Connections Are Operational: J&K Governor's Advisor

K Vijay Kumar, the advisor to Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik, said on Sunday that the restrictions imposed after the centre ended special status to the state are being eased. He said schools and offices will open from Monday. Most landline connections have already become operational, he added.
