The southwest monsoon has finally arrived in the Delhi-NCR region, but the first major spell of rain has exposed infrastructure concerns once again. A portion of the Delhi-Jaipur Highway (NH-48) caved in near Narsinghpur, Gurugram, triggering a massive traffic jam stretching several kilometres.
