Nearly 27 million people are estimated to be victims of human trafficking in about 188 countries and territories around the world. Illegal migration often victimises individuals, luring them with false promises and leading to dangerous journeys. Today, we are joined by Padma Shri Vikramjit Singh Sahney, Member Rajya Sabha, to draw attention to this urgent issue.
