A statue of MGR - former chief minister of Tamil Nadu and AIADMK founder - was found slightly damaged at a private property in Chennai earlier today. The nose part is seen chipped off. Police investigation is on. Police say this appears to be an accident. This comes amid a series of hurling of bottles at properties owned by RSS and BJP functionaries over the last few days following arrest of Popular Front of India leaders across the country.
