Mehbooba Didn't Approve Newspaper Ban, Heads Will Roll: Chief Minister's Advisor
On The Buck Stops Here, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti's advisor Amitabh Mattoo denies that there is any ban on newspapers in Kashmir. "Heads will roll," he said when the government knows who took the decision on the ban.
