Jitendra Kumar, a farmer in Banaskantha district of Gujarat teaches hundreds of students each year to prepare them for state government competitive examinations. Himself, a government job aspirant, Jitendra Kumar failed to qualify for the state public services commission main examination, before he decided to use his experience to help other job aspirants from the economically weaker sections of society. To equip himself better to guide the students, Jitendra Kumar took special classes to learn English, before he started teaching his students.
