India has raised concerns at the UN Security Council over the threat of terrorism that continue to target countries "with impunity". "Whether Afghanistan or against India, terror groups like Lashkar e Taiba and Jaish e Mohammed continue to operate with impunity," Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said today at the UNSC amid the crisis in Afghanistan after the Taliban took control of the war-torn country.
