Large Gatherings Banned, Cops Geared Up: Delhi's Plan For Parliament March

Heavy security has been deployed at Jantar Mantar ahead of Sonam Wangchuk's planned Parliament March in Delhi. Thousands of supporters are expected to participate in the protest, which follows over a month of demonstrations and Wangchuk's hunger strike of more than 20 days. Paramilitary personnel and Rapid Action Force teams have been stationed at the venue, while prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) remain in force, restricting unlawful public gatherings.
