Kerala Man Begins Journey From Kanyakumari To Siachen In A Wheelchair

In order to spread awareness about building ramps in public places for differently-abled people, a man named Hassan Imam began his journey from Kanyakumari to Siachen in his wheelchair. Till now, he has reached Kozhikode from Kanyakumari in his wheelchair crossing approximately 500 km. "There are many places like public transport, parks, museums where ramps are not there. To build ramps at these places, we need to spread awareness because how will people like us go there?" he said.
