Kerala favours women in Sabrimala
Fresh controversy surrounding the Sabarimala temple erupted on Thursday as the Kerala's Left government told the Supreme court that women of all ages should be allowed in the temple. The government has reasoned that the temple was originally a Buddhist shrine and the rules were more liberal at the time.
