Amid an uproar over an IndiGo passenger slapping a pilot over hours-long flight delay, Air India pilot Captain Zoya Agarwal said that the "violence is just not the way" in any situation."Violence is just not the way in any situation... Whatever issues you may have, you can not address anything with violence," Ms Agarwal told the news agency ANI. "It sends chills down my spine," she added. Earlier on Sunday, a passenger on board IndiGo flight from Delhi to Goa was seen hitting the flight's co-captain while he was making an announcement about delays because of dense fog.
