Israel Announces Timeline For First Phase Of Trump's Peace Plan
Israeli government spokeswoman Shosh Bedrosian announced on Thursday the timeline for implementing Phase One of US President Donald Trump's peace plan in Gaza. Bedrosian said a ceasefire would begin in Gaza 24 hours after the conclusion of a cabinet meeting scheduled for Thursday at 17:00 Israel time (14:00 GMT). "The IDF will then redeploy to the yellow line, as shown on maps that have already been widely distributed. After these 24 hours, a 72-hour time window will begin, during which all of our hostages will be released back into Israel," Bedrosian added.
