Invoking Fifth Amendment Rights, Donald Trump Refuses To Depose
Former President Donald Trump invoked the Fifth Amendment and declined to answer the questions from the New York attorney general in her investigation into his business dealings. This was part of a more than three-year civil investigation into whether the Trump Organization misled lenders, insurers and tax authorities by providing them misleading financial statements.
