The Foreign Ministry has received a report from the police on the alleged gang-rape and torture of two Nepalese women at a Saudi Arabian diplomat's residence in Gurgaon. The police is waiting for the ministry's sanction in its next step in investigations against the diplomat who enjoys diplomatic immunity.
