In Punjab, rotting grain 'bugs' workers

At a time when quake-hit Japan is struggling to feed its survivors, 25,000 metric tonnes of food grains is rotting in Punjab. Moreover, rotting grains are also inviting millions of bugs and insects every day, creating havoc for workers.
