Sukhbir Badal Attacked News | Attack Sparks Political War In Punjab; SAD Demands Independent Probe
A political spat has erupted in Punjab following the attack on Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal in Nanded. Speaking to NDTV, Akali Dal leader Daljeet Singh Cheema demanded an independent probe, alleging there could be a deeper conspiracy behind the incident. Cheema also recalled the previous attack on Badal at the Golden Temple and accused Punjab Police of failing to investigate it thoroughly. He further accused Congress and AAP of politicising the latest attack and questioned the political narrative surrounding the incident.
