Four days after India-Pakistan NSA talks were called off, Pakistan National Security Advisor Sartaj Aziz says that there can be no talks with India unless Kashmir is on the agenda. Mr Aziz calls Kashmir Pakistan's red line if Hurriyat is India's for the talks. Mr Aziz also refutes India's charge that Dawood Ibrahim is living in Pakistan.
