"How Much Power You Want?" Court On Arvind Kejriwal Not Quitting Top Post

For the first time, the AAP government has faced a judicial rap over how they are running the Delhi administration with the Chief Minster in jail. The court questioned the 'jail se sarkar' model while the case was to do with non-supply of books to the children studying in the MCD schools. The court had some stinging words for the jailed leader, saying the continuation of Arvind Kejriwal as the Chief Minister even after his arrest puts political interest over national interest.
