"No Tourist Deaths Yet": Official On Himachal Rain Havoc
"The only thing one can do in such a situation is have the best rescue operations. All those who have died until now are local residents, no tourists yet," said RS Bali, Chairman of Himachal Pradesh's Tourism Department.
