Free grains distribution not possible: Pawar‎
Reacting to the Supreme Court's recommendations of distributing grains to the poor for free instead of letting them rot, Food and Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar has said distributing unused foodgrains lying to the needy is just not an option.
