Expelled JDU leader Pavan Varma joined the Trinamool Congress in Delhi this evening in the presence of Mamata Banerjee, in a move that marks the Bengal Chief Minister's first foray into Bihar. The Congress' Kirti Azad, a three-time MP from Darbhanga, will join later today.
