Fresh reports from Israel have raised questions over whether previously identified security gaps involving foreign-operated flights were adequately addressed. According to Israeli media outlet N12, Shin Bet reportedly sent three documents in recent months to the Transport Minister, the Transport Ministry and the National Security Council, warning about inspection and security arrangements for foreign-operated charter flights and crews. Shin Bet reportedly recommended shifting responsibility for these flights to the Civil Aviation Authority, but the recommendation was not accepted.
