Farmer leader Manjeet Singh Rai spoke to NDTV about the January 26 tractor rally in Delhi. "Lakhs of tractors will be coming from different states. On January 26, we will enter Delhi and organise our parade there. We would like to appeal to the government to let us conduct our rally peacefully," he said, adding, "We have no plans of going to Janpath or Rajpath." Mr Rai also spoke about the NIA summons to 40 protesting farmers and supporters as "witnesses" in a case against Sikhs for Justice - a banned separatist group and said, "The notice shows that the government is scared."
