Explained: Putin Offers Su-57 Fighter Jet Deal To India
Russia has offered to jointly develop the Su-57 - its most advanced stealth fighter jet - with India. Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, President Vladimir Putin told PTI that Moscow is ready to collaborate on a fifth-generation fighter programme and share key defence technologies. He also indicated that India is exploring the procurement of a batch of these aircraft.
