Ex Judges, Bureaucrats Slam Kashmir Rights Situation
A scathing report by judges, ex-babus has described the human rights situation in Kashmir as 'A New Turn For The Worse'. There has been a decline in civilian security after 3 years of the Lt Governor's rule, the report said. This annual report is chaired by Justice AP Shah, ex-Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court and Gopal Pillai, former Home Secretary.
