EPS Targets CM Vijay, TVK Over Cash-For-Votes Allegations Ahead Of Tamil Nadu Bypolls

AIADMK chief Edappadi K Palaniswami has stepped up his attack on TVK ahead of the Tamil Nadu bypolls in Madurantakam and Dharapuram, alleging that people are saying the Vijay-led party is offering more money for votes. TVK has strongly denied the charge, saying it never bribed voters even during the 2026 Assembly election and is relying on its campaign, women and youth supporters, and governance record. With campaigning ending, opposition parties continue to target TVK over alleged cash and gift distribution.
