Elections Reach Half-Way Mark: No Wave Or Certain Result?

The third phase of the Lok Sabha elections on Tuesday, covering 93 constituencies across 11 states and Union Territories, also recorded a dip in voter turnout as compared to 2019. Now, the voter turnout is around 64.4 per cent. In 2019, these constituencies recorded a turnout of 67.33 per cent, the voter turnout in 2024 is likely going to be lower than in 2019.
