CJP Protest | Harsimrat Badal Condemns Alleged Police Action At Bangla Sahib
A political row has erupted after Delhi Police detained protesters near Gurudwara Bangla Sahib ahead of a CJP protest. Shiromani Akali Dal MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal condemned the alleged police action, accusing officers of disrespecting the sacred premises and mistreating women protesters. BJP MP Vikramjit Singh, meanwhile, questioned the use of a gurdwara for protests, slogans and non-religious speeches, arguing that the incident should be condemned.
