The Election Commission (EC) is doing its best to improve the voter turnout in the Delhi elections. It's doing so by using popular venues like the India International Trade Fair (IITF), in the capital to motivate the residents to vote. By using an animated film at the Delhi pavilion, in IITF, the EC authorities hope that every visitor turns up as a voter, to exercise his right to vote.
