El Nino Could Play Spoilsport
Makarand Kulkarni, chief statistical officer of Skymet, told NDTV that there is little chance of excess rain this year. There is a 50 per cent chance for the development of El Nino which could prove to be a spoilsport for the monsoon, he added.
