GP Sharma, VP-meteorology at Skymet Weather Services, speaks to NDTV about the surplus monsoon in June and the outlook ahead. He says Skymet expects normal monsoon in July and that there are no chances of a drought this year. He, however, adds that the South peninsula may see less rain this season.
