Discom bonds must have SLR status: Central Bank

Vijayalakshmi R Iyer, ED, Central Bank said that unless two conditions, SLR status for bonds and coupon rate of at least 11 per cent, are satisfied, it won't make sense for banks to subscribe to DISCOM bonds.
