Dr Manish Mannan, HOD, Paediatrics & Neonatology, Mother & Child Unit at Gurugram's Paras Hospitals, says that there are two reasons behind more COVID-19 cases among kids in the second wave as compared to the first wave. Dr Mannan says there were more tests done among kids in the second wave and that the delta variant of COVID-19 could have infected them more, though the majority of the cases remained mild.
