The Sena-Congress-NCP alliance that is set to rule Maharashtra will rethink Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ambitious Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train project, Shiv Sena spokesperson Manisha Kayande said. It will also scrap the Nanar refinery and halt cutting of trees in Aarey Colony.
