Congress' 6 Key Demands In INDIA Bloc Meet On 'Op Gyanesh Kumar'

The INDIA bloc is meeting in New Delhi to decide its next course of action over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls and its demand for accountability from Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.

The opposition is discussing a strategy that could include legal action, nationwide protests and raising the issue in Parliament. Congress has also put forward six key demands, including greater transparency in electoral roll revisions, safeguards against wrongful voter exclusion, easier registration for first-time voters and institutional accountability.
