Complete Sethusamudram Project In Tamil Nadu: DMK To PM Modi
Tamil Nadu's DMK has asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to resume and complete the Sethusamudram Project that could connect the east and west coast of India for the movement of ships without circumventing Sri Lanka. The project launched by the UPA government has been abandoned. Citing recent developments, DMK MP and senior leader TR Baalu has made an appeal to PM Modi to gift the project to Tamil Nadu.
